Sprint Autopilot — Terms of Service
Last updated: 4 May 2026
Effective date: 4 May 2026
Vendor: FellowSheep Studios (“we”, “us”, “our”)
Customer: the Atlassian Cloud customer or end user installing Sprint Autopilot (“you”, “your”)
By installing, accessing, or using Sprint Autopilot (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
1. The App
Sprint Autopilot is an Atlassian Forge application that adds AI-powered ticket summarisation, sprint risk analysis, and daily standup digest features to Atlassian Jira Cloud. It is sold via the Atlassian Marketplace and runs entirely inside Atlassian’s Forge runtime — Sprint Autopilot has no separate hosted backend.
2. Bring Your Own Key (BYOK)
The App’s AI features require your own Anthropic API key. You are solely responsible for:
If your key is missing, invalid, or out of credit, the AI features will not work. The non-AI features (sprint risk dashboard) continue to function regardless.
3. Subscription, billing, and the Marketplace
- The App is sold through the Atlassian Marketplace under Atlassian’s vendor agreements.
- Pricing, billing, refunds, and subscription management are handled by Atlassian — not by us. See Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use: https://www.atlassian.com/licensing/marketplace/termsofuse.
- Free evaluation periods (where offered by Atlassian) follow Marketplace defaults.
- We may change pricing for new subscribers; existing subscribers receive notice through the Marketplace.
4. License
Subject to these Terms and an active Marketplace subscription, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App during the subscription period.
You may not:
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code (except where Atlassian’s platform requires source-visible delivery, e.g. JavaScript modules);
- remove or alter our copyright or attribution notices;
- resell, sublicense, or rebadge the App;
- use the App to build a competing product;
- use the App in violation of any law or third-party right.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the App to:
- process content you do not have the right to process;
- send Anthropic content that violates Anthropic’s Acceptable Use Policy;
- attempt to breach Atlassian’s or our security controls;
- generate excessive load that materially harms other Marketplace customers or Atlassian’s infrastructure.
6. AI output disclaimer
AI summaries, risk explanations, and digests are generated by Anthropic Claude based on the Jira content you ask the App to process. They:
- may contain inaccuracies, hallucinations, or omissions;
- should be verified before being relied on for material decisions;
- do not constitute professional, legal, financial, security, or medical advice;
- reflect Anthropic’s model output, which is outside our control.
You retain full responsibility for any decisions you or your team make using the App’s output.
7. Data, privacy, security
Use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. In short:
- We do not have a backend server. We do not collect, store, or have access to your Jira data, prompts, or AI responses.
- Your encrypted Anthropic API key is stored in Atlassian Forge KVS, scoped to your Jira site, and is wiped on uninstall.
- The App’s usage of Anthropic is your usage of Anthropic — your relationship with Anthropic is direct.
8. Service level
- The App is provided “as is” and “as available”.
- We do not commit to a specific uptime SLA. Availability depends on Atlassian Forge runtime and on Anthropic’s API.
- Best-effort support is provided via mrmateuszbaran+sprintautopilot@gmail.com; typical response within 2 business days.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy of AI output.
- We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure against every threat.
- We disclaim any responsibility for Anthropic’s service, billing, or output.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Our aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the amounts you actually paid us (via Atlassian) for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law (e.g. EU consumer protection, fraud, gross negligence).
11. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your misuse of the App, your violation of these Terms, your violation of Anthropic’s terms, or content you cause to be processed through the App in breach of any law or third-party right.
12. Termination
- You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your Jira site, which automatically wipes app-specific storage.
- We may suspend or terminate the App or your access if you breach these Terms, if Atlassian removes the App from the Marketplace, or if continuing to operate the App becomes commercially or legally untenable.
- Sections 4 (license restrictions), 6, 9, 10, 11, 13, 14 survive termination.
13. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively by the competent courts in Poland, except for mandatory consumer-protection provisions that may apply.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept them. If you do not accept, uninstall the App.
